Data Engineer

Temu is seeking highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibility:

1. Establish a robust business metric framework tied to the overarching goals of the business team;
2. Analyze business processes to identify challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic business decisions, product development, and operational optimization;
3. Formalize analytical frameworks, translate business needs into concrete data requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to drive business impact and commercial value.

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 3 years of data engineering experience
2. Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
3. Experience with SQL
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communication and teamwork skills

   
   5. BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields

   
   

    

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The base salary for this position ranges from $100k to $500k annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location. In addition, you may receive benefits depending on the nature of employment, job position, and work location. The benefits that generally apply to regular, full-time employees include:
