Customer Service Representative

About This Role

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a remote role based in Uniontown, PA. You’ll help customers with orders, billing questions, and service cases while keeping accurate records in our systems.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer questions and work to resolve issues clearly and courteously.
• Process orders and provide support with billing inquiries.
• Track customer cases from initial contact through resolution.
• Record interactions and updates in CRM and case management systems.
• Use and update knowledge base resources to support accurate, consistent answers.
• Follow call center procedures and route more complex issues to the appropriate team.

What We Offer

• Pay of $18–$25 per hour.
