Role Overview:

We are looking for individuals currently working in the U.S. in fields such as technology, business, finance, consulting, marketing, design, data analytics, product management, engineering, operations, education, or healthcare, who are interested in sharing their experience and guiding early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions tailored to mentee goals.
• Share knowledge, skills, and experience to help navigate challenges.
• Offer constructive feedback, promoting continuous learning.
• Assist in setting realistic goals and actionable plans for mentees.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, empathetic, and supportive attitude.

• Previous mentoring or coaching experience is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a bonus.
