Compensation: $45,000–$52,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus bi-weekly performance incentives tied to service execution, KPI management, communication, documentation, and financial performance.

On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$80,000

About the Role

SERVCON is hiring experienced Project Coordinators / Service Managers to manage nationwide commercial facility maintenance projects from ticket intake through contractor coordination, client communication, job completion, documentation, and invoicing.

A significant portion of the position we are hiring for involves commercial HVAC, electrical and plumbing service, repair, preventative maintenance, replacement, and related facility mechanical services. The ideal candidate will have experience working withcontractors, mechanical contractors, facilities teams, or commercial service providers and understand the urgency and operational demands associated with HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.

This is a fast-paced, desk-based project management role for someone who can own a high volume of projects, manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, protect margin, and drive work to completion.

What You Own

Independent Project Lifecycle Oversight

Manage the full scope of assigned commercial facility projects from initial ticket vetting and scope validation through contractor coordination and final project delivery.

360° Stakeholder Communication

Review and Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, replacements, installations, and emergency service projects from initiation through completion.

Lead continuous, proactive communication across service contractors, internal Key Account Managers (KAMs), and client contacts to ensure seamless updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Contractor Sourcing & Compliance

Strategically source and vet service contractors, ensuring all external partners meet SERVCON's requirements for insurance, licensing, documentation, and brand compliance.

Safety & Brand Protection

Evaluate potential risks throughout the job lifecycle and take immediate action to address issues or halt projects when necessary to protect the customer, contractors, and site environment.

Project Mobilization & Quality Assurance

Review and authorize job approvals prior to the start of work, ensuring safety, logistical, material, and operational requirements align with customer expectations.

Rigorous Project Documentation

Maintain the organization and integrity of digital project archives, ensuring all critical documentation—including site photos, purchase orders, permits, and specifications—is accurately tracked and maintained.

Emergency On-Call Support

Participate in SERVCON's Emergency On-Call Services (EOCS) rotation to support clients with critical and urgent needs during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating work orders, facility maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, electrical, construction projects, service contractors, vendors, or multi-site property work

  • Experience managing multiple open jobs, timelines, customer updates, vendor follow-up, documentation, and issue escalation

  • Comfortable negotiating pricing, reviewing quotes, tracking job costs, and protecting margin

  • Experience working with SLAs, customer portals, service tickets, purchase orders, NTEs, or similar operational controls preferred

  • Experience managing vendor friction, maintaining strong documentation practices, handling high-volume workloads, and participating in an emergency service rotation
