Full-Stack Engineer

Our client is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join as a core builder on a small founding engineering team. In this role, you will help construct the AI operating layer that deployment and professional services organizations rely on to run their client engagements. You will own greenfield work from the first line of code — most immediately, a brand-new client-facing dashboard — making system design, architecture, and interface decisions yourself rather than inheriting them. You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and work side by side with the founding engineers, shipping product to real enterprise customers in days rather than quarters.

Key Responsibilities
• Build a new client-facing dashboard from the ground up, owning system design choices, UI decisions, and full-stack implementation end to end.
• Architect and ship full-stack features across the platform, holding a high bar for code quality, performance, and scalability as the product grows.
• Extend existing agent frameworks and data pipelines into new product experiences powered by LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Partner directly with the CTO and founding engineers on key engineering decisions affecting new product surfaces and long-term architecture.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand how they want to work with the product, and translate those conversations into concrete requirements.
• Own features through the full lifecycle — scoping, design, implementation, testing, deployment on AWS, and post-release iteration.
• Establish frontend patterns, component standards, and interface conventions that future engineers will build on.
• Contribute to team engineering practices, including code review, documentation, and testing standards appropriate to an early-stage codebase.
• Move quickly under ambiguity, balancing shipping speed against the maintainability the platform will need at scale.
