We do not differentiate PT and PRN. We request a minimum, of three or four 12 HR shifts per month, (for a three-month commitment), which renews every 90 days, and you request the shifts you want. Either 12 or 24 hr. shifts.

Scheduling in bundles of three months. This will allow you to plan your life when you are not working. We offer 12- and 24-hour shifts and provide a sleeping room for those working 24s. the choice is yours, however, make note, that the 24 hr. shifts are popular because our volume drops in the evenings. Our desire is to hire highly productive Full-Time and Part-Time physicians.  When working 24 hr. shifts, this means you are on the schedule two times per month. If your preference is 12-hr. shifts, the schedule is 7a-7p. We do not offer PRN because we guarantee your shifts as a Part-Time 1099 employed physician. PRN does not guarantee you a spot on the schedule.

We have a full complement of State-of-The-Art imaging equipment, DR radiographic room, CT, MRI, ultrasound and immediate final reads reports. Our lab is full service, and we have two highly experienced nurses are at our sides, 24/7. How do you decide if you need Urgent Care, or an Emergency Room? Our experienced doctors will perform a free medical screen on every patient to evaluate their condition and determine whether they need to be treated in the emergency room or urgent care center. The decision is guided by protocols based on the Emergency Severity Index (“ESI”), a triage tool developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, endorsed by the American Medical Association and utilized in ERs across the nation to determine if a patient’s condition warrants emergency treatment. Due to the lack of stringent regulations, the clinical capabilities of urgent care centers can vary among facilities and can be quite limited in nature. Because they are unlicensed, some are not equipped with diagnostic imaging or a CLIA-certified laboratory to help ensure proper diagnoses. And lastly, urgent care clinics typically have limited hours of operation, and they treat conditions that are less severe than those requiring treatment in the emergency room. Therefore, the fees associated with urgent care services are less expensive than emergency rooms. We have both ER and UC under the same roor.
