Ultimately, the Sales Scripting/AWS Connect work will create a modern contact-center solution for the FL FIDE plan, which is a new program the client plans to launch for a FL Integrated Dual health plan. This involves: Setting up Amazon Connect telephony flows and IVR scripts tailored for FIDE plan sales calls. This project has a hard deadline of 10/1, the start of OE, to have the sales scripts and call center enhancements ready.

** Coming from a Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture background would be ideal here. GREAT soft skills needed **

Must Haves:
• 5 + years of experience as a Application Development Engineer
• 5 + years of experience with AWS Connect
• 5 + years of experience with Lambda functions
• 5 + years of experience building interactive call flows on AWS Connect with AWS Lambda functions; related to call center integrations
• 5 + years of experience building and testing JIRA stories (user stories) for new requirements
• AWS Certification
