Job description

We are looking for a backend-leaning full-stack Software Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to own large projects end-to-end — from design and requirements through delivery. You will build vertical-specific AI workflows that help PEOs scale without scaling headcount, with roughly 25% of your time focused on product decisions and feature design.


What You’ll Do
• Build and ship vertical-specific AI workflows across client support, payroll data entry, and leave management
• Own projects end-to-end independently — from design review and requirements gathering to delivered features
• Define technical patterns and architecture that will carry the product forward as the company scales
• Contribute to product roadmap decisions and independently design new features (~25% product focus)
• Engage directly with customers to demo features, collect feedback, and deeply understand their needs
