  Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take food, beverage, and hookah orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food, drinks, and hookahs while maintaining quality standards.
• Keep dining and lounge areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
• Work as a team to create a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.
  Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant, café, or hookah lounge experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
