Part-Time IT Equipment Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time IT Equipment Coordinator to help receive, handle, and ship laptops and IT equipment. This is a flexible, home-based part-time role, ideal for someone who stays mostly at home and is available during delivery hours.

Responsibilities:

• Receive laptops and IT equipment from clients.
• Confirm receipt and update our team.
• Safely store and handle equipment.
• Ship equipment to our offshore team using FedEx, DHL, or other approved carriers.
• Share tracking numbers and shipment updates.
• Occasionally assist with basic device setup from your home office.

Requirements:

• Reliable, organized, and responsive.
• Secure home location to receive and store equipment temporarily.
• Available during normal delivery/pickup hours.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to follow instructions carefully.
• Experience with shipping, logistics, or IT equipment is a plus.
• Must be based in the U.S.; identity verification may be required through Persona to confirm eligibility.

Compensation
This is a part-time role with a modest starting budget. Compensation and responsibilities may grow over time based on workload and performance.
