Business Restructuring Associate $250K-$295K

AMLaw 100 firm eeks an associate to join its Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 or more years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice including both litigation and transactional experience. Candidate must have an aptitude for client contact, have the willingness to work independently, be a team player, be able to work/thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills are required. This position is available in our New York, Philadelphia, Dallas or San Francisco office along with requisite bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. The target annual pay range for this role is $250,000-$295,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of the total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
