Role : Salesforce Data360 Engineer
Location : Hartford, CT- Onsite (5 days onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description:
Design and implement Data360 data models including Data Streams, Data Bundles, Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
Build and maintain data transformations including identity resolution rules and calculated insights.
Create scalable segmentation, activation and unification pipelines to support personalisation and analytics use cases.
Implement ETL/ELT pipelines into Data360 using connectors such as Marketing Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake and REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement real-time and batch data synchronisation across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds.
Define and drive data governance including data retention rules, lineage, cataloguing and compliance policies.
Define and develop data quality monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization processes to ensure reliable, trusted data for Agentforce and other AI capabilities.
Optimise data ingestion performance through monitoring and validation; track Data360 credit consumption across ingestion, segmentation and activation workloads and provide optimisation recommendations.
Design and implement repeatable Data360 patterns and conduct POCs for new platform capabilities and emerging integration patterns.
Create technical documentation, data dictionaries and reference architecture diagrams.
Establish best practices for Data Cloud usage, performance tuning, monitoring and lifecycle management
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must-have: Salesforce Data360, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, Agentforce
Minimum 1 year in Data360 and Agentforce, 3+ years in Salesforce
Nice-to-have : SQL, Data Engineering, Data Platforms (Snowflake/Databricks)
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science will be good to have.
