A growing restoration and mitigation company is looking for dependable, hardworking Restoration Technicians to join our team.
This is a hands-on position helping residential and commercial customers recover from water, fire, smoke, and other property damage. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and wants an opportunity to build a career in the restoration industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with water damage mitigation and restoration projects
Perform water extraction, cleanup, demolition, and structural drying
Prepare work areas and set up equipment for each project
Load and unload equipment, products, and supplies
Set up, monitor, clean, and maintain restoration equipment
Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup
Follow company safety and risk-management procedures
Communicate with supervisors and other technicians throughout each project
Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup
Keep company vehicles, equipment, warehouse areas, and jobsites clean and organized
Learn proper restoration procedures, equipment, and cleaning products
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in restoration, mitigation, cleaning, or construction preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
IICRC certifications are a plus
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Valid driver's license
Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is an active, hands-on position. Applicants should be comfortable:
Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. independently
Occasionally lifting heavier items with assistance
Standing and walking for extended periods
Climbing ladders
Working overhead and at ceiling heights
Working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
Working around cleaning products, dust, odors, and restoration materials
Wearing appropriate PPE and a respirator when required
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
This is a full-time position, generally working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Because we provide emergency restoration services, this position may require overtime, evenings, weekends, and emergency-response work.
Most travel is local, although opportunities for out-of-area and storm-response work may be available.
