If you want to build **AI agents directly inside major health systems and work with physicians + hospital IT teams**, this is an exciting opportunity.

You’ll join a **Series B healthcare AI startup** in a high-ownership, founding-level engineering role. The platform is already operating across **6M patient records**.

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work directly with physicians, hospital IT & clinical teams
Turn real clinical problems into production AI agents
Build, evaluate & deploy agents end-to-end
Iterate based on clinical guidelines & customer feedback
Own the entire loop from “something is broken” → production fix

### MUST HAVE

✅ 3–6 years full-stack / FDE / similar engineering experience
✅ Strong **Python** backend skills
✅ **React + TypeScript** experience
✅ BS/MS in CS, Computer Engineering or STEM
✅ Production engineering ownership

### STRONG “PEAK” SIGNALS

At least one of:
• Top CS/STEM university
• Fast promotions / exceptional career progression
• Founding or early engineer at a recognizable startup
• High-bar engineering organization
• FDE experience at companies like Palantir / Scale AI
