Pest Control Technician

We are looking for a motivated, reliable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in a stable, high-demand industry.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services

• Inspect properties and identify pest activity and entry points

• Apply treatments safely and according to company standards

• Educate customers on prevention and recommended services

• Complete service reports and documentation using our system

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle

• Represent the company professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable)

• Good communication skills and customer service mindset

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in the field

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Pest control experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
