Senior Real Estate Attorney/Counsel DC

AMLaw 100 firm seeks a senior associate or counsel level attorney to join its growing Real Estate Practice Group in its Washington, D.C. office. The candidate should have 8+ years of demonstrated experience on complex acquisitions, financings, leases, loan restructurings,dispositions and project development. Candidate will represent clients in real estate transactions and development for data centers throughout the United States. Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Collegiality, team-work and strong work ethic are critical components to this practice group. DC Bar admission required.

The target annual pay range for this role $375,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of the total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
