Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to a diverse patient population in Baker City, Oregon.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with both pediatric and adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and help prevent speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech and voice disorders.
• Educate patients and family members about speech disorders, treatment, and contributing conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, care plans, and progress notes.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Communicate patient status and progress with families, teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License – Required
• BLS certification – Required
• 2+ years of SLP experience
• Experience working with pediatric and adult patients
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Compensation

💵 $53.72/hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
