Compensation & High-Earner Perks

We offer an aggressive, volume-based commission structure designed for those who want to out-earn a standard salary.

• Weekly Potential: $1,000 – $4,000+ per week.

  • Average Reps: Earn $200–$300/day ($1,000–$1,500/week).

  • Top Performers: Earn $600–$800/day ($3,000–$4,000+/week).

• The Math: $20 per confirmed sale. With pre-scheduled high-traffic locations, the volume is there—you just have to close it.

• Travel Stipends (Fully Covered): * Daily hotel stipend included for every trip.

  • 50% of gas costs covered by the company.

• Vehicle Owner Bonus: If you use your own reliable vehicle for nationwide travel, you receive an additional cash bonus on every paycheck.

What You’ll Do

• Travel & Setup: Hit the road (solo or with a partner) to pre-scheduled paintball fields and major partner events.

• Engage & Close: Meet customers, explain exclusive membership specials, and close sales on the spot.

• Zero Logistics: You focus 100% on sales. We handle all scheduling, field partnerships, and backend logistics.

The Roadmap (Dallas-Based Training)

Success starts with a solid foundation. All new hires complete a hands-on training period in Dallas, TX.

• Learn the Game: Master our proven sales process and company systems.

• Real-World Practice: Our team helps you make sales during training so you start earning immediately.

• Hit the Road: Once certified, you’ll begin nationwide travel with full support from our logistics team.

• Note: You are responsible for transportation to/from the Dallas training site during this phase.

Requirements

• Personality: Outgoing, high-energy, and comfortable talking to anyone.

• Availability: Ready to travel 5 days a week (Nationwide).

• Mobility: Based in or able to start from Dallas, TX. Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Experience: None required—we hire for work ethic and personality; we train for skill.
