Pay Structure & Earnings Potential

This role offers a clear path to high-earning potential based on your performance and experience.

Starting Pay: You will earn a Base Pay + Commission (with a slightly lower commission rate).

Once Established: You will transition to Straight Commission (with a higher commission rate).

Reason for Wide Pay Range ($30,000.00 - $75,000.00+ per year): Candidates with prior retail sales experience (especially furniture sales) or significant experience in customer service who excel at cultivating loyal customers throughout the entire sales journey tend to see strong results early on. Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals committed to providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Customer Service Excellence: You will need excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will interact with customers all day, every day.

Detail-Oriented: You must be highly detailed throughout the sales process and even after the sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere are a must.

Basic Computer Skills: You need basic computer proficiency to accurately and efficiently handle sales write-ups, cancellations, inventory lookups, and other daily activities.

Experience: Prior design or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time (This position cannot be performed while attending school).

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week (in addition to Sunday). You must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM. You must understand that Saturday is a regularly scheduled, mandatory workday.

Required Experience: Retail sales: 3 years (Required)

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
