Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly persuasive, and proactive In-House Rent Collection & Lease Renewal Specialist to join our property management team. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for maximizing revenue retention and optimizing cash flow across our residential/commercial portfolio. You will oversee the full lifecycle of lease renewals and manage all aspects of delinquency mitigation, tenant payment negotiations, and ledger management while maintaining exceptional tenant relations.
