Key Responsibilities:
PMO Governance: Oversee the lifecycle of incident-related projects, ensuring strict adherence to PMP methodologies and PMO reporting standards.
Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to improve incident response maturity. Utilize frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to ensure business units adopt new processes and communication protocols.
Executive Reporting: Develop and present high-level dashboards and status reports for the Steering Committee and Executive Leadership, focusing on business risk, mitigation timelines, and resource allocation.
Strategic Liaison: Act as the "voice of the business" within the incident response framework. Ensure that technical recovery efforts are prioritized based on business-critical functions.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current incident management workflows from a project perspective and lead cross-functional teams to implement governance-led solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations across non-technical departments (Legal, HR, Communications, Finance) during and after high-priority incidents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certification: PMP Certification is required.
Experience: 8–10+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 4 years specifically within a mature PMO environment.
Focus: Proven track record leading Change Management and Incident Management projects from a governance or business-process standpoint.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional "executive presence" with the ability to translate complex incident data into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical leaders.
Tools: Mastery of PMO tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, Jira, Power BI).
