Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Talent Management modules, experience gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, and supporting end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management modules.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Configure and maintain Talent Management processes, including performance management, goal management, career development, succession planning, and talent review.

• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.

• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

• Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data conversion activities.

• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.

• Train business users and prepare end-user documentation.

• Ensure Oracle best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional consulting experience.

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Talent Management modules, including:

  • Performance Management

  • Goal Management

  • Talent Review

  • Succession Planning

  • Career Development

  • Profile Management

• Experience with Functional Configuration Manager (FSM).

• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle Cloud architecture.

• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting is a plus.

• Experience supporting end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning, or Core HR is a plus.

• Knowledge of integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
