Job Description
Maintain the high cleaning standards that enable BerryClean to be the best cleaning company in the San Francisco Bay Area
Identify the production team’s best employees and put them on a path to success within the company
Communicate constantly with the Operations and Administrative team to ensure best practices and that our best production employees are receiving the most benefit
Assume responsibility of inter and intra-team conflicts and resolve them
Improve morale and productivity of all production team members
Maintain a system of control of all office keys, supplies, and equipment. Ensure the office environment is clean and taken care of
Hire, onboard, and train new production team members by explaining daily procedures and onboarding documents and ensure they meet BerryClean standards
Identify good candidates swiftly, ideally within 2 days. Terminate poor fits as soon as possible
Suggest improvements to daily processes and procedures
Be able to open and close the office
