Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join top apartment communities throughout Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities

Welcome and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy.
Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in documentation.
Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records using Yardi.
Support the Property Manager with daily administrative and office operations.
Ensure the leasing office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Meet leasing goals while providing an outstanding resident experience.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of multifamily apartment leasing experience.
Experience using Yardi is required.
Must be available to work weekends.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience with resident retention and lease renewals.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
