We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to join our team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive our fundraising efforts and build strong relationships with donors.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to meet organizational goals.
• Manage donor relations and ensure timely communication.
• Write grants and proposals to secure funding.
• Utilize fundraising software to track donations and manage campaigns.
• Prepare and manage budgets for fundraising initiatives.
• Plan and execute events to engage donors and raise funds.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level to senior experience in fundraising, with a strong understanding of donor relations and campaign management.
• Proficiency in grant writing and budgeting.
• Familiarity with fundraising software and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent event planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
