Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, administrators, and clients to deliver high-impact CRM solutions and drive successful Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Build and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to maintain platform performance

  • Support data migration, data integrity, and system scalability

  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and best practices

  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and internal teams

Salesforce developers typically combine coding with business problem-solving, often supporting both development and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components

    • Salesforce APIs and integrations

    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling, workflows, and automation tools

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)

  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles

  • Knowledge of nonprofit or multi-industry CRM implementations
