Position Overview

Sales Representatives will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building professional relationships, conducting property inspections, and guiding clients through the restoration and improvement process.

Primary Responsibilities

Commercial Business Development

* Build and maintain relationships with:

* Property management companies

* Homeowners associations (HOAs)

* Realtors and real estate professionals

* Insurance agents

* Commercial property owners

* Facility and property managers

* Identify property improvement opportunities and exterior maintenance concerns

* Generate referrals and long-term business partnerships

* Conduct commercial property assessments and inspections

Residential Sales & Client Support

* Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods

* Schedule and conduct property inspections

* Meet with homeowners to discuss project needs and solutions

* Assist clients in understanding the insurance restoration process when applicable

* Maintain communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
