UNI America Reads Book Club is a research integrated program that involves leading a book club with children in the 3rd or 4th grades at elementary schools.

If you are an America Reads Book Club Leader, you are responsible for getting yourself to the school site—you must arrange your own transportation (car, bus, bike, etc.). The program does not provide transportation for you. America Reads Book Club leaders will 1) prepare lessons for book club sessions, attending workshop sessions, 2) lead in-person book club sessions, and 3) collect book club session data, including discourses and artifacts. 

• Tuesdays: 3:15-5:45 PM (includes 15 minutes of travel time before and after) 

• Thursdays: 3:15-5:45 PM (includes 15 minutes of travel time before and after)
