Job Title: Test Automation ManagerLocation: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid onsite alternative weeks)Duration: Long term ContractJob Description: Role OverviewWe are looking for a Test Automation Manager with strong AI-driven testing expertise to lead and transform the quality engineering function. This role will focus on building scalable, intelligent automation frameworks and leveraging AI/ML capabilities to improve test efficiency, coverage, and release velocity across critical enterprise platforms.The ideal candidate will bring a modern QA mindset, combining automation strategy, AI innovation, and team leadership to drive high-quality software delivery in a complex, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Automation Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategy

• Lead and mentor QA/Automation teams across multiple initiatives

• Drive adoption of shift-left and shift-right testing practices

• Establish best practices for automation coverage, scalability, and reliability

🔹 AI-Driven Testing & Innovation

• Implement AI/ML-powered testing solutions (self-healing scripts, predictive analytics, intelligent test generation)

• Leverage tools and frameworks for:

• Test case optimization

• Defect prediction

• Visual testing and anomaly detection

• Utilize GenAI for:

• Test script generation

• Test data creation

• Documentation and test case design

🔹 Automation Framework Development

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, backend)

• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines

• Improve execution speed, reliability, and maintainability of test suites

🔹 Quality Engineering & Delivery

• Partner with product, engineering, and DevOps teams

• Define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards

• Ensure comprehensive testing across:

• Web applications

• Mobile applications

• APIs and microservices

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Provide visibility into release quality and risks

• Collaborate with leadership to align automation roadmap with business goals

• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and delivery efficiency

Required Skills & Experience✅ Core QA & Automation

• 10+ years of experience in QA with strong automation leadership

• Hands-on experience with tools such as:

• Selenium / Cypress / Playwright

• API testing (Postman, RestAssured)

• Strong programming skills (Java / Python / JavaScript)

✅ AI / Intelligent Testing (Must Have)

• Experience with AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Applitools, Mabl, Functionize, Test.ai)

• Exposure to:

• Self-healing automation frameworks

• ML-based test optimization

• Working knowledge of:

• Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for QA use cases

✅ DevOps & Cloud

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Experience testing in microservices architecture

✅ Leadership

• Experience managing QA teams (5–15+ members)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to drive automation transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-scale digital or e-commerce platforms

• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

• Certifications (optional):

• ISTQB / CSM / SAFe
