🚨 Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Medical Imaging & Cloud

📍 Remote | Contract

💼 13+ Years of Experience Required

US Work Authorization: USC, GC, or H4 EAD 

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in modern web development, serverless architecture, AWS, and medical imaging technologies.

🔹 Must-Have Technical Skills

• Frontend: AngularJS, NX Monorepo, PrimeNG

• Backend: Python, Docker, Serverless Framework

• AWS: Lambda, Cognito, S3, AWS Amplify

• Strong experience designing and developing scalable full-stack applications

🔹 Medical Imaging & Domain Experience – Preferred

• Experience with DICOM and medical imaging, particularly MRI and ultrasound

• Experience developing measurement tools for medical images

• Understanding of central rating and adjudication workflows

• Experience managing workflows and access levels for different user groups

• Ability to collaborate with image services coordinators, sponsors, and central readers/contracted physicians

🔹 Codebase Transition & Reverse Engineering – Good to Have

• Experience migrating code from external GitHub repositories

• Ability to identify dependencies on external accounts, credentials, and services

• Experience conducting security scans and identifying vulnerabilities, hidden secrets, or backdoors

• Ability to assess and recover undocumented or inherited codebases

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to analyze and document complex codebases
