Database Engineer

About This Role

We are looking for a Database Engineer to join our team. This role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement database schemas and data models.

• Optimize database performance and conduct performance tuning.

• Develop and manage ETL processes to facilitate data integration.

• Ensure database security and compliance with best practices.

• Work with both SQL and NoSQL technologies to meet project needs.

• Collaborate with other teams to support data-driven projects.

• Utilize Google Cloud services, including Cloud SQL, for database management.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in SQL and database design.

• Proficiency in data modeling and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and database security measures.

• Knowledge of Claude Code, Neo, and Neo4J is a plus.

• Experience with Google Cloud and Cloud SQL.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary between $120,000 and $150,000 per year.
