HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated recruiter who can help us grow our network of U.S.-based software developers and IT professionals.

We provide career support services to individual clients who are actively exploring multiple opportunities in the U.S. IT job market. Our clients share their professional backgrounds with us, and our team helps identify relevant positions and supports them throughout the job-search process.

We already have several clients using our services, and expanding our client base is an important part of our company’s growth.

What you’ll do:

• Find and connect with U.S.-based software developers and IT professionals

• Introduce qualified candidates to our services

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

• Help grow our client network

What we’re looking for:

• Recruiting or sourcing experience

• Experience finding software developers or IT professionals

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other professional platforms is a plus
