Monday-Thursday

2:15-5:15 PM.

You will learn about trauma-responsive practices, and implement them for your students. You will help lead a class in fun activities, teaching times, STEAM and SEL activities and exercises, reading times and more! Join our fun and energetic team!

About This Role

We are looking for an After School Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will support students in a nurturing environment after regular school hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive atmosphere.

• Plan activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.

• Implement behavior management strategies to support student engagement.

• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all students.

• Strong knowledge of child development principles.

• Experience in activity planning and curriculum development.

• Effective classroom management skills.

• Excellent communication abilities with both children and parents.

• A commitment to maintaining safety and well-being in the classroom.
