NexDiscovery · CEO
Benefits
Why This Role Exists
NexDiscovery is building a new category—Proactive Intelligence—and we are intentionally keeping the U.S. team small, senior, and founder-led.
This role exists for someone who wants direct exposure to how a real company is built—from category definition to enterprise GTM—before going on to found their own company.
You will work closely with the founders on strategy, decision-making, and live customer problems.
What You’ll Work On
This is a thinking role, not an execution-only role.
Strategy & Insight
Analyze market structure, ICP evolution, and competitive positioning
Pressure-test GTM hypotheses, pricing logic, and expansion paths
Turn ambiguous inputs into clear strategic options
Founder Leverage
Support real founder decisions across product, GTM, and positioning
Prepare materials for executive-level customer and partner conversations
Actively participate in customer calls, pilots, and internal decision discussions
GTM & Customer Learning
Support early pilots across Sales, Finance, and Innovation use cases
Identify patterns in customer behavior, objections, and outcomes
Translate real-world signals into strategic direction
Special Projects
Partner strategy and ecosystem analysis
Category narrative and positioning work
Internal strategy memos and decision frameworks
Who This Role Is For
You are likely a fit if you:
Intend to found a company in the future
Optimize for learning, exposure, and judgment—not comfort
Think in systems, incentives, and second-order effects
Are comfortable with ambiguity and founder-level tradeoffs
Want proximity to real decisions, not simulations
Backgrounds that tend to fit:
Strategy, investing, or early-stage startup roles
Operators looking to sharpen founder-level thinking
Strong written and verbal communicators with executive presence
This role is deliberately scoped for high-agency, founder-minded individuals.
Equity
Equity reflects real contribution and ownership
How to Engage
We care less about credentials and more about:
Why you want to build a company
What you’re trying to learn before doing so
How you think about leverage, risk, and decision-making
A short note explaining why this role makes sense for you is more useful than a traditional résumé.
