Pre-Litigation Legal Case Manager – Arkansas

Location: Arkansas | Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time


ARC Group is recruiting for our client, a growing personal injury law firm seeking experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Case Managers to join its team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in Arkansas who have experience managing personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process.

The Legal Case Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and moving personal injury cases forward from the initial stages through settlement. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide consistent communication, guidance, and support throughout their case.

  • Help clients navigate the medical treatment and claims process while ensuring appropriate documentation is collected.

  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in each case.

  • Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and medical bills.

  • Track case deadlines, treatment, documentation, insurance information, and other important case developments.

  • Prepare demand packages and supporting documentation for settlement negotiations.

  • Help move cases forward efficiently and identify issues that may impact the value or resolution of a claim.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.

  • Use case management technology and other tools to efficiently manage workflow and case information.

  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure they understand the status of their case and next steps.

  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and other members of the legal team while independently managing assigned responsibilities.

What You BringRequired

  • 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury pre-litigation cases in Arkansas.

  • Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims and pre-litigation process.

  • Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and medical bills.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong client-service and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.

  • Experience working in a high-volume or rapidly growing personal injury law firm.

  • Familiarity with insurance claims and settlement procedures.

  • Experience preparing demand packages.

  • Experience with case management platforms such as Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate, or similar systems.

  • Comfortable adapting to evolving processes, systems, and technology.
