Senior Salesforce AI Architect
Location: Preferred: San Francisco Bay Area, California (Hybrid with regular onsite collaboration)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption and business
transformation across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled
business outcomes while defining enterprise architecture standards, governance, and integration
patterns aligned with broader AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with GCP AI and enterprise architecture teams on AI strategy and roadmap.
• Align Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
• Deliver AI use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Architect solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow
Automation, and MuleSoft.
• Design reusable AI frameworks for CRM workflows, automation, copilots, and customer
engagement.
• Integrate Salesforce securely with enterprise AI services, APIs, and platforms.
• Define responsible AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Enable engineering teams with standards, templates, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and
Salesforce platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions and AI/GenAI adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• Experience integrating with GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration, RAG, copilots, and conversational AI.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives and cross-platform collaboration.
