IT Asset and Logistics Manager

About the Role

Briflex LLC is seeking a dependable and organized IT Asset and Logistics Manager to oversee the daily care, readiness, and local movement of assigned company laptops and accessories.

This hands-on role includes receiving and setting up equipment, maintaining secure storage and reliable connectivity, and coordinating local deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate takes ownership of assigned equipment, communicates promptly, and follows established procedures consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Management: Receive, organize, and securely store company laptops, chargers, and accessories.

• Setup and Readiness: Set up assigned laptops according to written company instructions and confirm they function properly.

• Connectivity: Keep assigned laptops powered on and connected to a stable, secure internet connection 24/7, except during approved maintenance or unavoidable outages.

• Local Logistics: Coordinate and complete occasional deliveries and pickups within your city safely and on time.

• Issue Reporting: Promptly report equipment damage, missing accessories, technical problems, and power or internet interruptions.

• Communication: Provide timely status updates and respond to requests related to assigned equipment and scheduled deliveries.

Requirements

• Reside in Texas or Florida.

• Have a stable, secure internet connection and reliable electricity.

• Have a clean, dry, and secure space for storing company equipment.

• Be available for occasional deliveries and pickups within your city.

• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and clear communication.

• Basic laptop knowledge is preferred; training and setup instructions will be provided.

Compensation

• Base Compensation: $150–$200 per laptop managed per month.

• Delivery Bonus: $50–$100 per completed delivery or pickup.

Internet and electricity expenses are included in the base compensation and will not be reimbursed separately. Complete payment terms and eligibility requirements will be provided before work begins.
