Job Description & Hiring Notes:

• Define enterprise AI strategy, architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives.

• Design enterprise RAG architectures, AI knowledge layers, vector search solutions, multi-agent systems, and AI guardrails.

• Strong experience with Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, RAG, MCP Servers, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience architecting solutions on Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, observability, hallucination mitigation, prompt injection protection, and Responsible AI frameworks.

• Must have experience making enterprise build-vs-buy decisions, defining reference architectures, and advising executive leadership.

• Looking for a senior architect who can connect AI solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, CDP, loyalty, identity, and data platforms.

• Technical depth is important, but architecture leadership and business alignment are the primary focus.
