Credentialing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Coordinator to join our Medical Staff Services team in the heart of Napa Valley, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful regions in the U.S.

Position Details:

• 📅 Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 📍 Onsite – St. Helena, CA

• 🏨 151-bed hospital with nationally recognized centers of excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ 2+ years of credentialing coordinator experience (medical staff services or related setting)

• ✅ Active CPCS or CPMSM certification required

• ✅ Proficiency with EPIC required

• ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Technical degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full credentialing lifecycle (appointments, reappointments, privileging)

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of credential files

• Support provider onboarding (training, orientation, badging)

• Maintain medical staff database and uphold strict confidentiality
