  • Consistent job volume; weekday daylight work is typical

  • Independent contractor: you handle your own taxes, insurance, tools, and fall-protection gear; 1099 issued at year end

What you will do

  • Install racking, flashing, modules, wiring, inverters, monitoring, rapid shutdown equipment, and disconnects

  • Land DC and AC connections from the array to the inverter and service panel

  • Experience with IronRidge, Unirac, SnapNrack, or similar racking systems

  • Comfort with MC4 connectors, torque specifications, conduit bending, and clean wire management

  • Comp-shingle roofing experience; tile, metal, and standing-seam experience are a plus

  • Consistent fall-protection and job-site safety practices

  • Ability to work at heights in heat, cold, and wind and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Your own hand tools, cordless tools, and fall-protection equipment

  • Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and high school diploma or equivalent

  • Workers' compensation waiver

Nice to have

  • NABCEP PV Installation Professional or PV Associate certification
