Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience and possess strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, service, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.

Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Experience servicing RTUs, VAV systems, air handlers, split systems, and commercial HVAC controls.

EPA Certification required.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

NATE Certification.

Manufacturer training certifications.

Experience with chillers, boilers, or VRF systems.
