Logistics and Distribution Manager Part time and Full time

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Logistics and Distribution Manager to oversee daily logistics, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and distribution activities. This position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis and provides an opportunity to support efficient supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, communicate with vendors and distribution partners, maintain accurate records, and help ensure products and materials are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.

• Monitor orders, shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.

• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and distribution records.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.

• Track shipments and address delays, shortages, or delivery issues.

• Review shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records for accuracy.

• Help organize warehouse and distribution activities to support efficient workflow.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered according to established schedules.

• Identify logistics issues and work with appropriate teams to develop solutions.

• Prepare and maintain routine logistics, inventory, and distribution reports.

• Maintain compliance with company procedures and applicable shipping and safety requirements.

• Support cost-effective transportation and distribution practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
