Job Description- PIER 39 is seeking Security Officers to enhance the Security Team.

• The Security Department ensures the physical protection of PIER 39 property.

• Responsibilities include safeguarding visitors, tenants, and employees.

• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to public service.

• Previous security experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.

• Applicants must possess a valid California Guard Card or Proprietary Security Officer Permit.

• Continuous training includes water rescue, fire suppression, and CPR/First Aid/AED.

• Successful candidates will receive a starting wage of $25.00 per hour.

• Employee parking is available in the PIER 39 garage for all staff members.

• Opportunities for performance-based pay increases and promotions are available.
