About This Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and answering their questions.
What You'll Do
Assist customers through various channels, including phone and email.

Use CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships.
Apply conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Provide product knowledge and support to enhance customer experience.
Multitask efficiently while managing high call volumes.

What We're Looking For
High school diploma is required.
Experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer feedback analysis.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
