Restoration Technician II

Position Overview:

We are seeking Restoration Technicians I, II, and III to support water mitigation, mold remediation, and abatement projects. Experience in hotels, commercial properties, and especially multifamily is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Restoration Technician III / Lead | $27–$30/hr

• 3–5+ years of restoration experience.

• Lead water mitigation, mold remediation, and abatement projects.

• Oversee daily job-site activities and technician assignments.

• Mentor, train, supervise, and develop Level I & II technicians.

• Provide technical guidance and perform quality-control checks.

• Communicate project status with customers, management, and property teams.

• Assist with inspections, assessments, documentation, and troubleshooting.

• Previous lead, crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Water mitigation and/or mold remediation experience.

• Abatement/restoration certifications preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

• Ability to participate in emergency/on-call assignments when needed.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position.

• Emergency/on-call availability may be required; 7-day availability is preferred due to the nature of restoration work.
