Job description

The Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role works closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Identify customer needs through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.

  • Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to develop and launch product features.

  • Manage the product backlog and ensure priorities remain aligned with business goals.

  • Coordinate product development from discovery and planning through launch and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback.

  • Work with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.

  • Communicate product updates, priorities, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for product improvements, innovation, and growth.

  • Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain the product's competitive position.

  • Ensure products deliver a strong user experience while achieving commercial objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with product analytics and project/product management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered product development.

  • Experience conducting market and competitor research.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools.

  • Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate effectively with software development teams.
