Associate Attorney

Trusted Estate Planning Attorneys is looking for an associate attorney to join our Las Vegas Office who wants to meet directly with clients, control their income, and have room for growth. Our attorneys are exceptional individuals who have the following attributes:

We believe in working hard, but then leaving work at work. We need someone who can help us build the Nevada office and bring a unique estate planning approach to Las Vegas. 

*You must be licensed to practice law in Nevada. 

Overview of Duties:

• Meet with potential clients to assess their estate and determine the best course of action.

• Create new estate plans that require creativity and knowledge of tax consequences.

• Set up new business entities as part of an estate plan

• Handle uncontested probate cases from start to finish

• Once a client is assigned to you, it is your client until you leave the firm.

• Being extremely responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, possible contact outside of business hours.

• Represent the business with integrity, class and professionalism.

• Take initiative to be valuable beyond the assigned tasks, be resourceful.

• Network with other professionals to help bring in more cases to the firm
