About the Role:
As an IOP Therapist at Continuum Recovery, you’ll deliver high-quality substance use and mental health therapy in both group and individual settings. Core responsibilities include:
● Lead Group and Individual Therapy: Facilitate 3-hour IOP groups and individual sessions that meet clients where they are and move them forward in their recovery.
● Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored strategies that align with each client’s unique challenges, strengths, and goals.
● Collaborate with a Purpose-Driven Team: Partner with colleagues and community providers to coordinate care and share clinical insights.
● Support Client Needs: Connect clients to appropriate resources and follow-up support throughout their recovery journey.
Expected Outcomes:
● 15 Days: Acclimate to the team, master our EHR system, and confidently facilitate IOP group sessions.
● 30 Days: Demonstrate proficiency in documentation and adherence to treatment protocols.
● 45 Days: Drive client engagement and retention, delivering consistent, high-quality group and individual therapy.
Need to Have:
● Certification: Valid CO certification/license (LACC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC)
● Availability: Evening hours required.
● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with substance use therapy, mental health, and leading clinical groups.
● Tech Savvy: Proficiency with EHR platforms and office tech.
● Location: Denver-metro area residents required.
● Soft Skills: Strong communication, accountability, reliability, and flexibility. And a big heart!
Nice to Have:
● Lived Experience: Personal experience with recovery (minimum 2 years of abstinence).
● Bilingual: Spanish.
● EHR Experience: Familiarity with Alleva.
● Holistic Certifications: Training in yoga, acupuncture, Reiki, or other holistic health practices.
Schedule + Compensation:
● Hours: Group schedule Mon/Wed/Fri - 6pm - 9pm; Individual Sessions - flexible; No weekends, no on-call.
● Compensation: $60 - $75 per hour
● Benefits: Health insurance included
