AI Template Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative ad templates and production logic into AI-powered automation workflows using n8n and similar tools.

• Build and maintain scalable, JSON-based systems that connect creative variables, assets, and automation logic.

• Collaborate with the Creative and Product teams to develop reusable and modular workflow templates that enhance ad production speed and quality.

• Apply a strong creative eye to guarantee visual consistency and brand alignment in every output.

• Use advanced AI prompting techniques to produce predictable, high-quality results from AI generation tools.

• Integrate and optimise AI generation tools such as Kling, Veo3, Nano Banana, Sora2, Runway ML, and other emerging technologies.

• Identify repetitive creative processes and convert them into automated logic-driven systems that maintain artistic integrity.

• Document, visualise, and refine workflow schematics for efficiency, scalability, and clarity.

• Test, debug, and optimise automation pipelines to ensure reliability and creative flexibility.

• Continuously research emerging AI tools, APIs, and automation methodologies to keep the creative pipeline ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of experience in automation or AI workflow development, preferably in creative or AI-driven environments.

• Creative agency experience is strongly preferred for this position.

• Expert-level proficiency in n8n with a comprehensive understanding of complex automation logic.

• Expert-level n8n proficiency must include commercial deployment experience with production-ready automation systems.

• Strong background in JSON, automation systems, and AI integration.

• Hands-on experience with AI generation platforms such as Kling, Veo3, Nano Banana, Sora2, and Runway ML.

• Candidates must have hands-on experience with all five listed AI platforms: Kling, Veo3, Nano Banana, Sora2, and Runway ML.

• Highly skilled in AI prompting and capable of engineering consistent and visually polished outputs.

• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to design modular and scalable automation structures.

• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across creative, product, and technical teams.

• Curious, adaptive, and innovative mindset with the ability to merge creativity and technology in workflow design.
