Operations Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a PUD (Pickup and Delivery) Operations to provide operational support for vendor management and daily shipping activities. This role will focus on U.S.-based operations and vendor relationships, ensuring high service quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate daily operations with domestic logistics vendors, including pickup scheduling, shipment tracking, and service quality monitoring.

· Investigate and resolve delivery issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams to find timely solutions.

· Prepare operational performance reports and assist with vendor KPI reviews.

· Support operation planning through data collection and analysis.

· Maintain operational documentation and update internal systems with vendor information.

Requirements:

· Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).

· 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, shipping, or supply chain management.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

· Comfortable communicating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and logistics or shipping platforms.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
